Piano, Voice & Guitar

Ilana is a lover of all things singing, born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois. She grew up performing in choirs and in musicals starting at age seven. With encouragement and inspiration from her teachers at school and Midwest Young Artists, Ilana decided to study Music Education at NYU with a focus on Vocal Performance. There, she learned guitar and piano, and developed a deeper love for performing.

After graduating and teaching in public schools in NYC for a few years, she decided to move back to the North Shore to teach the next generation of performers. Here philosophy is that anyone can learn music if they truly have a desire to learn and grow!
